Cade earned his J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He also holds both a B.A. and a B.S. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. His legal career began at Wilson & Associates, PLLC, where he served as a Partner and managed the foreclosure division. He later founded his own law firm before co-founding Cox, Sterling, McClure & Vandiver, PLLC in 2008. His background in estate and tax planning allows him to counsel clients through trust formation, probate administration, and related tax strategies. Cade is also highly experienced in advising closely held businesses on corporate governance and formation.
In addition to estate planning, Cade has deep experience in real estate law, including leases, easements, foreclosures, title disputes, and quiet title actions.
