Bryan earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1981. He later completed an M.A. in International Relations at the same university in 1983. He received his J.D. from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 1987.
Bryan began his legal career as an associate attorney at Guerard, Kalina, Ulrich, & Varchetto from 1987 to 1989. He later served as an Associate States Attorney in DuPage County, Illinois, from 1989 to 1993 before joining The Stogsdill Law Firm.
Bryan focuses his practice on divorce, child custody, child support, collaborative law, mediation, family law matters, and appeals. He has tried more than one hundred cases and is known for presenting persuasive arguments and carefully prepared cases when disputes require court intervention.
Bryan has successfully represented clients in significant custody and family law matters. His work has included cases involving parental alienation, complex custody disputes, and financial asset tracing, helping courts address difficult family issues while protecting the interests of parents and children.
Bryan is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Illinois State Bar Association and the DuPage County Bar Association. He also serves on the DuPage County Judiciary Committee and the DuPage County Family Law Committee.
