Anthony Sammarco

Anthony Sammarco is a partner at The Stogsdill Law Firm, P.C. in Wheaton, Illinois, where he has practiced since October 1, 1993. He represents clients in divorce and family law matters, providing detailed legal guidance and strong advocacy in both settlement negotiations and courtroom proceedings.

Anthony earned his Bachelor of Science degree from DePaul University in 1979. He later received his law degree from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago in 1982. Following his legal education, he was admitted to the Illinois State Bar and the United States District Court.

Anthony joined The Stogsdill Law Firm, P.C. in the fall of 1993. His practice includes divorce, child custody, child support, collaborative law, mediation, family law matters, and appeals. He regularly handles cases ranging from straightforward divorces to complex disputes over property division and support.

Anthony has extensive experience addressing complex legal matters, including classification and distribution of property, maintenance issues, support calculations, and post-judgment proceedings.
