Bryan L. Tyson

Bryan L. Tyson is a partner at Marcellino & Tyson, PLLC, where he provides trusted legal counsel in ERISA litigation, employment law, disability claims, and business disputes. His decades of experience and advanced legal education make him a top resource for individuals and business owners navigating benefits and workplace-related legal challenges.

Bryan earned his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law and later obtained an LL.M. in Taxation with a concentration in Employee Benefits from Georgetown University Law Center. His specialized knowledge covers complex areas such as retirement plans, health insurance, and both short- and long-term disability coverage.

Licensed in North Carolina and Georgia, Bryan is admitted to multiple U.S. District Courts across both states. He began his career in large law firms focused on employment and benefits law before founding his own practice in 2010 and later becoming a key partner at Marcellino & Tyson. His practice also includes general business litigation and construction law, giving him a well-rounded view of client needs.
