Delia earned her Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan School of Law in 1999. She served as an Associate Editor of the Law Review and completed judicial internships with the Texas Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals for the Thirteenth District of Texas. The University of Texas at Arlington awarded her a Bachelor of Arts in 1994.

Delia’s practice covers the full life cycle of a business, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and business dissolutions. She represents clients in breach of contract and employment disputes, Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) claims, and a wide range of real estate matters, including commercial and residential leases and evictions. Delia also advises on construction contracts, non-compete agreements, severance agreements, and professional services agreements.
