Delia Cruz-Bruno

Delia Cruz-Bruno provides legal counsel in labor and employment, business transactions, real estate, and civil litigation across Dallas and Tarrant Counties. Delia earned her Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan School of Law in 1999. She served as an Associate Editor of the Law Review and completed judicial internships with the Texas Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals for the Thirteenth District of Texas. The University of Texas at Arlington awarded her a Bachelor of Arts in 1994.

Delia’s experience includes business formation, acquisitions, and dissolutions, breach of contract claims, employment disputes, Texas Workforce Commission claims, and real estate matters such as commercial and residential leases and evictions. She also assists clients with construction agreements, non-compete and severance agreements, and professional service contracts.
