Jeffrey S. Taylor is a highly accomplished trial attorney and partner at Spesia & Taylor with a reputation for handling complex, high-stakes litigation across Illinois. Jeffrey received his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law in 1995, where he was honored with membership in the Order of John Marshall. While in law school, he served on the Moot Court Board, was president of the Trial Advocacy and Litigation Association, and competed nationally in health law moot court. He holds a B.A. in Social Sciences from Colorado State University.

Jeffrey’s early career included representing Fortune 500 companies at a major Chicago firm, which gave him broad exposure to commercial litigation, regulatory issues, and employment disputes. Since joining Spesia & Taylor in 2002, he has expanded his litigation scope, acting as corporate counsel for public and private entities, including municipalities, utility companies, and emergency services agencies.
