Jeffrey received his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law in 1995, where he was honored with membership in the Order of John Marshall. While in law school, he served on the Moot Court Board, was president of the Trial Advocacy and Litigation Association, and competed nationally in health law moot court. He holds a B.A. in Social Sciences from Colorado State University.

Jeffrey S.
