Bryan Babb is a highly experienced appellate attorney, known for representing clients in complex state and federal appellate litigation. He has argued before the Indiana Supreme Court, Indiana Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. His work spans a wide range of legal topics, including contract disputes, zoning, defamation, and constitutional law.

Bryan began his academic journey at the United States Military Academy, where he earned his B.S. degree. He later completed an M.S.B.A. from Boston University before graduating cum laude with a J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. While in law school, he served as editor-in-chief of the Indiana Law Journal, Volume 74.

Bryan has authored and co-authored many appellate and amicus briefs, including landmark cases involving emergency transfers, municipal annexation, election law, and instructional error in jury trials. His appellate work has helped shape Indiana law on issues ranging from emotional distress to the rights of public officials.

Bryan is also a published legal scholar, contributing yearly to the Indiana Law Review with updates on appellate procedures and developments. His written work is widely recognized and has even been cited in judicial opinions, reflecting his strong influence in the legal community.

Bryan’s experience extends to serving as an expert witness on appellate fee reasonableness and working with amici curiae in high-impact litigation. He is among a select few Indiana attorneys elected to the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers and has earned recognition from Best Lawyers, Indiana Super Lawyers, and Chambers USA.
