Brian C. Axt

Brian C. Axt is the Chief Compliance Officer and a Shareholder in the Phoenix office of his firm. He focuses his practice on civil defense litigation, including product liability, professional liability, construction defect, transportation defense, premises liability, automobile liability, employment law, environmental matters, and general civil litigation. He represents corporations, design professionals, public entities, and insurers in complex disputes, providing strategic defense from early investigation through trial, arbitration, and mediation.

Brian earned his J.D., cum laude, from Albany Law School in 2006, where he was inducted into the Justinian Society for graduating with honors. While in law school, he served on the National Trial Team and was an Associate Editor of the Albany Law Journal of Science and Technology. He received his B.S. from Indiana University in 2002. His academic achievements reflect his strong foundation in legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy.

Before practicing in Arizona, Brian handled complex construction accident, personal injury, and products liability cases in New York. He is licensed in Arizona and New York, as well as in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Throughout his career, he has secured dismissals, summary judgments, and defense verdicts in state and federal courts, including favorable outcomes in arbitration and administrative hearings.
