William “Bill” Haut

William “Bill” Haut is an Indiana attorney who advises businesses and individuals on employment, corporate, estate planning, and real estate matters. Bill earned his B.S. Management in 1983 from Purdue University before pursuing his legal education. He received his J.D. in 1986 from Washburn University School of Law. He was admitted to practice law in Indiana in 1986 and is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.

Bill concentrates heavily on Employment Law, assisting employers with day-to-day human resource issues, employment policies and practices, and employee training. He advises on benefit matters, employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, and severance agreements. He also handles claim investigations and administrative charges involving Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA & other laws.
