Brian A. Vandiver is a skilled attorney with deep experience in labor and employment law, representing employers in a wide range of workplace matters. His work includes guiding management on compliance and handling disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour issues, and employment contracts. He is known for delivering practical solutions in complex employment challenges.
Brian began his academic journey at Hendrix College, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in 1997. He continued his studies at the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law, completing his Juris Doctor in 2000. While pursuing his education, he laid the foundation for a career dedicated to employment law and constitutional rights.
Brian routinely advises clients on issues such as wrongful termination, negligent hiring and retention, defamation, and privacy matters. He also works extensively with non-compete agreements, trade secret disputes, unemployment claims, ERISA litigation, and medical or military leave under the FMLA and USSERA. His background includes significant work in affirmative action compliance and related employment regulations.
Brian has also built experience in legislative, public policy, and constitutional law. He has represented clients in matters touching on freedom of speech, free exercise of religion, the right to bear arms, due process, civil justice reform, and the separation of powers.
