Brett M. Amron has dedicated his entire legal career to litigation, with a concentration on business and bankruptcy matters. His practice spans director and officer liability, fiduciary claims, shareholder disputes, fraud, and recovery of preferential transfers. He has successfully represented trustees, receivers, corporations, creditors, and individuals across numerous jurisdictions nationwide.
Brett earned his B.S. in Finance with honors from the University of Florida before achieving his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. Following his academic training, he began his career as a prosecutor in Miami, later advancing to partner at a large local firm before launching his own practice and co-founding a boutique litigation firm.
Brett’s work includes serving as special litigation counsel and fiduciary representative in complex insolvency cases, where his efforts have produced multimillion-dollar recoveries for creditors. Known for his strategic use of contingency fee arrangements, he has expanded litigation access for clients with limited resources. His experience covers cases in Florida, New York, Delaware, California, and beyond.
