Bree T. Wilbourn

Bree T. Wilbourn has built a respected legal career representing individuals and organizations in complex cases. She has successfully managed matters in trial and appellate courts, delivering favorable outcomes in personal injury, products liability, premises liability, elder law, and employment disputes. Her work demonstrates a strong dedication to protecting clients’ rights and interests.

Bree began her education at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, where she developed an early commitment to community service. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2003. While in law school, she distinguished herself as a Scholar of Merit in multiple courses and contributed to the American Journal of Trial Advocacy.

Bree started her practice in Nashville, Tennessee, concentrating on workers’ compensation, which gave her immediate exposure to courtroom and appellate advocacy. She represented a national commercial vendor throughout the state, gaining valuable trial experience. After relocating to Huntsville in 2006, she expanded her practice in civil litigation and later worked in trust management with a regional financial institution, broadening her professional skill set.

Bree joined private practice in 2011, bringing with her a wealth of varied experience. Today, her focus areas include personal injury, employment disputes, municipal law, and complex civil litigation. Actively licensed in both Alabama and Tennessee, she has consistently provided effective legal solutions to clients across diverse areas of law while maintaining a reputation for thorough preparation and strong advocacy.

She has served with the Huntsville Committee of 100, Huntsville Hospital Foundation, Women’s Economic Development Council, Leadership Huntsville Madison County, and several volunteer initiatives.
