Jason P. McCartha

Jason P. McCartha is a seasoned attorney who has practiced law in Alabama since 1997. Over the course of his career, he has advised and represented more than 8,000 clients across local, national, and international matters. His work spans business formation and negotiation, nonprofit and church law, estate planning, probate, criminal defense, and complex litigation.

Jason began his academic journey earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Alabama before completing his Doctor of Jurisprudence at the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. This foundation provided him with a strong understanding of governance, policy, and the legal framework necessary to serve a wide range of client needs effectively.

Jason has appeared before the Alabama Supreme Court, the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals, numerous state Circuit, District, Probate, and Municipal Courts, as well as the United States Federal District Court and in Administrative Hearings. This extensive courtroom experience has allowed him to build the knowledge required to handle both routine and highly complex cases with confidence.
