Brandon Roesler

Brandon Roesler is an attorney at West Coast Defense with more than nine years of litigation experience across criminal and civil lawsuits and disputes.. His practice includes criminal defense, personal injury, real estate, employment, HOA disputes, family law, restraining orders, business litigation, and civil litigation. He has handled matters in Los Angeles County and Orange County and has appeared before judges and juries in criminal and civil courts.

Brandon graduated from Whittier College and later attended Whittier Law School. During law school, he interned with Falangetti & Weimortz and the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office at the Bellflower Courthouse. As a certified law clerk, he participated in preliminary hearings and conducted his first jury trial. These experiences provided early courtroom exposure and developed his understanding of criminal proceedings.

Brandon began private practice by establishing his own firm with an initial focus on criminal defense. He later expanded his litigation work into personal injury, real estate, family law, employment, construction, administrative law, and business disputes. His experience includes insurance bad faith and premises liability matters. In 2023, he joined Anthony Falangetti to establish Falangetti & Roesler, LLP, operating under the West Coast Defense name.
