Brian J. Boeheim

Brian J. Boeheim is a Tulsa criminal litigation attorney who defends people facing serious criminal charges. Brian earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He later received his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law. That technical background helps him examine digital evidence, cell tower data, forensic reports, and other complex records that can play an important role in modern criminal cases.

Brian has achieved not-guilty verdicts in trials involving first-degree murder, felony murder, rape, manslaughter, kidnapping, armed robbery, and assault allegations. He has also obtained dismissals in aggravated drug trafficking, firearm possession, and human trafficking matters by challenging unlawful searches. In another case, he secured a not-guilty-by-reason-of-insanity verdict for a mother experiencing postpartum psychosis.
