Bradley R. Kruse

Bradley R. Kruse is a shareholder at Dickinson, Bradshaw, Fowler & Hagen, P.C., with over two decades of experience representing clients in bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and complex business matters. He has handled Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcies, receiverships, foreclosures, and collections, while also advising businesses on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder issues, governance, and regulatory compliance.

Bradley earned his Bachelor of Arts with honors from Stanford University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa, where he served as Associate Managing Editor of the Iowa Law Review. Bradley is admitted to practice in Iowa and Illinois, as well as before the U.S. Supreme Court, multiple federal appellate courts, and several U.S. District Courts across Iowa and Illinois.
