Bradley J. Buchheit

Bradley J. Buchheit is a skilled litigation attorney who focuses on resolving complex commercial disputes in both state and federal courts across Indiana. Brad earned his J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2007. He completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana University in Bloomington, earning a B.S. in 2001. He was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 2008 and practices in various federal courts throughout the state, including the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for both the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. He is also admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Brad’s litigation work covers a broad range of commercial issues, including breach of contract, business torts, and cases involving the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). He also has significant experience handling bankruptcy adversary proceedings, both prosecuting and defending actions on behalf of clients involved in financial disputes.
