Benjamin K. Carmichael

Benjamin K. Carmichael has built his career handling a wide scope of litigation matters, including civil, employment, and oil and gas disputes. Ben earned his B.A. from Wichita State University in 2012 and went on to complete his Juris Doctor at Washburn University School of Law in 2016. While at Washburn, he received a certificate in Oil and Gas law and Natural Resources law and served as Comment Editor for the Washburn Law Journal. His academic focus laid the foundation for his future success in highly technical areas of litigation.

Ben has successfully tried jury cases in both federal and state courts, demonstrating strong trial advocacy skills.
