About
Christopher T. Stow-Serge is an attorney with extensive experience in real estate, construction, property damage, business disputes, and property-related tax matters. His unique perspective comes from not only practicing law but also working directly in construction management, real estate investing, and operations. This dual background enables him to provide clients with strategic, practical solutions to the legal and financial challenges they face in property and business matters.
Christopher earned his J.D. from Tulane Law School, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif, and his B.A. from Tulane University. He is admitted to practice in Louisiana, Texas, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana. He is also active in professional associations, including the Louisiana Bar Association, Texas Bar Association, New Orleans Bar Association, and the New Orleans Bar Association Property Law Committee.
Christopher began his legal career as a Judicial Clerk for Judge Fredericka H. Wicker at the Louisiana Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He then practiced at a regional law firm, representing small and mid-sized businesses in construction and insurance litigation. Later, he joined a boutique litigation firm handling unfair competition cases while also founding his real estate investment company, Stowaway Homes LLC, which has led over $12.2 million in property transactions, financing, and construction management.
Christopher T. Stow-Serge combines his litigation experience with real-world property and construction knowledge to advise clients on disputes involving construction defects, insurance coverage, real estate transactions, and short-term rental operations. He is also active in the community as a Louisiana Bar Foundation Fellow, a member of the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce, a volunteer with the Pro Bono Project, and a fundraiser for Hogs for the Cause.
