Ben Baumgartner

Ben Baumgartner focuses on immigration law in Newton, Kansas. After law school, he spent one year clerking for a federal judge in New York City. Through that clerkship, he gained experience with federal procedure, judicial decision-making, and complex legal issues. Ben later gained experience handling a wide range of immigration cases in New York City. He worked with clients from numerous countries while learning how immigration rules affect families, workers, students, and vulnerable individuals. After developing that experience, he returned to Kansas. He was admitted in New York in 2017 and in Kansas in 2021. His admissions also include Immigration Court and the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
