Nathan D. Rivera

Nathan D. Rivera is the owner of Rivera Law in Blackfoot, Idaho, where he represents individuals and families in immigration, criminal defense, personal injury, bankruptcy, and family law matters. His immigration practice includes visa applications and removal proceedings, while his broader work covers serious criminal charges, divorce and custody disputes, Chapter 7 bankruptcy, workers’ compensation, wills, probate, and injury claims. Rivera earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Utah State University in 2004 and a Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2009.
