Bart earned his B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana State University in 2004 before completing his J.D. at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2007, where he was recognized with Order of Barristers honors. His strong educational background laid the foundation for his ability to navigate legal and financial complexities with precision.

Bart has guided renewable energy companies, supply chain vendors, and investors in developing large-scale solar, wind, and carbon capture projects. He has handled critical real estate, title, and financing issues, helping advance projects across Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia. His work reflects a commitment to supporting innovative energy initiatives throughout the Gulf Coast and beyond.

Bart’s finance practice includes representing borrowers and lenders in transactions ranging from $1 million to $1.2 billion. Notably, he structured a loan for the first Jones Act-compliant U.S.-flagged windfarm service operations vessel and advised a Fortune 500 utility company in a $3.2 billion securitization financing tied to hurricane and storm recovery efforts. His maritime work further includes negotiating shipyard acquisitions and vessel purchases for major transportation providers.
