Barry B. Ansbacher is the founder and managing shareholder of Ansbacher Law and one of Florida’s most distinguished attorneys in real estate, construction, and community association law. With over 30 years of legal experience, Barry is the only attorney in Florida board-certified in all three specialties: Real Estate Law, Construction Law, and Condominium & Planned Development Law.
Barry earned his J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law and holds a B.A. from the University of Florida.
Barry began his legal career working alongside his father before founding Ansbacher Law in 1997. Under his leadership, the firm has grown to over 30 professionals serving a broad range of clients, including homeowners, condominium associations, commercial developers, and personal injury victims. His practice encompasses transactional and litigation services, with a particular focus on advising associations, resolving construction defect claims, and facilitating complex real estate transactions.
Barry is widely recognized as a leader in the legal community. He serves on the Florida Bar’s Standing Committee on Condominium and Planned Development Law Certification and has chaired numerous bar committees related to construction and real estate law. He also serves as an approved mediator and instructor for state-certified condominium education programs.

He frequently publishes and lectures on key issues in construction law, association governance, and statutory compliance, helping shape best practices and legal standards across Florida.
