Ashley Wilson Clark

Ashley Wilson Clark is a highly accomplished trial and appellate lawyer with extensive experience in state and federal courts. Her practice covers employment and civil rights litigation, including workplace discrimination, retaliation, harassment, denial of medical leave, disability accommodations, and whistleblower protection. She also advises clients on severance and employment agreements, representing individuals before federal agencies.

Ashley earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, graduating cum laude from the University of Georgia, where she studied political science and religion. She went on to complete her Juris Doctor at the University of Richmond School of Law, where she was selected to compete in moot court and negotiation competitions. While in law school, she also studied international and comparative law at Cambridge University in England.

Ashley’s earlier career included representing individuals, businesses, and government entities in contract disputes, professional malpractice, insurance coverage, and civil rights claims. She has also handled criminal defense in Georgia, serving as first chair counsel in numerous jury trials. One of her most notable achievements was as part of a legal team that secured a $5 million jury verdict for a failed bank’s receiver, later upheld on appeal.

Ashley has been recognized for her professional excellence with honors such as inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® for Litigation – Labor and Employment, and repeated selections as a Georgia Super Lawyer® since 2020.
