Arthur T. Schofield is a dedicated attorney with over three decades of experience helping people across Florida in employment and civil rights cases. His law firm, based in West Palm Beach, Florida, focuses on representing individuals in matters like workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, and other labor-related issues. Mr. Schofield has handled cases in both federal and state courts and has taken on large corporations and government bodies on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Schofield earned his J.D. from the University of Miami Law School in Miami, Florida. He began practicing law in 1993 under the guidance of one of Florida’s top civil rights attorneys. In his early years, he worked on a range of civil rights matters, including police misconduct, disability rights, housing discrimination, and education rights. In 1999, he started his own law firm, continuing his work with a strong focus on labor and employment law.
Mr. Schofield has brought forward successful sexual harassment claims against Fortune 500 companies and smaller businesses. He has also taken legal action against local governments and other public organizations for violating civil rights. He has fought disability discrimination at both the federal and local levels, often working through the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
Arthur T. Schofield’s legal work spans the entire state of Florida—from Key West to Jacksonville and along both coasts. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Schofield is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator.
