Arthur L. Aidala

Arthur L. Aidala, Esq., serves as Managing Partner of Aidala, Bertuna & Kamins, PC, where he leads all criminal, civil, and corporate legal matters. With over thirty years of courtroom experience, Arthur is renowned for his dynamic litigation style and success in high-profile federal and state cases across the country.

Arthur earned his Juris Doctor from the City University of New York School of Law in 1992. Mr. Aidala also studied constitutional law in Siena, Italy, under U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia. He holds a B.A. from the State University of New York at Purchase and is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and multiple federal courts.

Arthur’s legal achievements include defending NFL Hall of Famer Lawrence Taylor, securing a mistrial in a “murder for hire” case, and winning full acquittals in cases involving complex charges. His appellate work spans federal and state courts, and he regularly counsels clients under SEC, DOJ, and FINRA scrutiny.

Previously, Arthur served as Senior Assistant District Attorney in Kings County during one of New York City’s most challenging eras. He successfully prosecuted serious felonies and supervised major investigations, becoming a Bureau Supervisor within two years of joining the office.
