Diana earned her Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law. Following graduation, she launched her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Manhattan under Robert M. Morgenthau. There, she handled major felony prosecutions and honed her courtroom skills in both trials and appeals.

After her role in the District Attorney’s Office, Diana joined the University of Toledo College of Law as an Adjunct Professor. She later built a diverse legal career in both New York and Connecticut, representing clients in complex litigation and serving as General Counsel for a venture-backed technology company. Diana also serves on Connecticut’s Probate Court Administration Attorney Panel, reflecting her broad experience in probate and estate matters.
