Diana Fabi Samson

Diana Fabi Samson, Esq. is a respected attorney at Aidala Bertuna & Kamins, PC, concentrating her practice in criminal defense, civil litigation, appellate advocacy, and estate matters. Diana earned her Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law. Following graduation, she launched her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Manhattan under Robert M. Morgenthau. There, she handled major felony prosecutions and honed her courtroom skills in both trials and appeals.

Following her service in the District Attorney’s Office, Diana served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Toledo College of Law. Later, she practiced law in both New York and Connecticut, representing clients in litigation and serving as General Counsel to a venture-backed technology firm. She is also a member of Connecticut’s Probate Court Administration Attorney Panel.

Diana has prosecuted serious offenses including homicide, armed robbery, and financial fraud. Today, she brings that same level of trial rigor to defending and advocating for her clients in both criminal and civil courts. She also handles complex estate matters in New York Surrogate’s Court and Connecticut Probate Court.
