Ardian Gjoka

Ardian Gjoka, Esq. is an experienced immigration attorney known for his dedication to immigrant advocacy. Ardian began his legal education by earning a Juris Doctor from Tirana University School of Law in Albania in 1995. After moving to the United States in 1999, he continued his legal journey and completed a Master of Laws in United States Legal Studies with honors from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2003. He is licensed to practice in New York and is admitted before multiple courts, including U.S. Immigration Courts and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.

In his early years in the U.S., Ardian volunteered at Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, providing crucial assistance to newly arrived refugees. He later served as a law clerk at several firms in Florida, gaining firsthand experience in immigration and refugee cases. Since 2002, he has continuously served immigrant communities with professionalism and compassion.

Ardian is especially committed to supporting the Albanian-American community. As a member of the San Jose Refugee Ministry, he helps individuals affected by conflict and persecution.
