He completed his undergraduate education at Texas A&M University, graduating summa cum laude with a degree in English Rhetoric and Composition and a minor in business administration.

Before opening his own practice, Mr. Dobbs worked as a legal advisor to the Dallas Immigration Court, helping judges resolve complex immigration issues.
