Anthony Montagna, III

Anthony Montagna, III, has practiced law since 1993 and is currently an attorney at Montagna Law. He helps clients in criminal, traffic, bankruptcy, debt collection, workers’ compensation, security clearance, and corporate cases. He is known for his legal knowledge and familiarity with courts across Hampton Roads.

Anthony graduated from Norfolk Academy in 1986. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Richmond in 1990. He earned his J.D. from The University of Akron School of Law in 1993. His education prepared him for a wide range of legal work.

Anthony received Intermediate Honors and was a member of the Dean’s List at the University of Richmond. These awards showed his strong academic work before law school. After earning his law degree, he joined his father as a partner at Montagna & Montagna, P.C., where he served clients.

Anthony is admitted to the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Virginia U.S., Court of Appeals, 4th Circuit, Virginia Supreme Court, and U.S. Supreme Court. His memberships include the American Bar Association, the Virginia Bar Association, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the Virginia State Bar, and several local bar associations.
