Anna Wischer

Anna Wischer is an Associate Attorney who focuses her practice on family law, handling matters such as divorce, custody, parenting time, spousal and child support, and property division. Anna earned her Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2012, where she was a member and associate editor of the Law Review. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in English from North Dakota State University, which she completed in 2009. Her strong academic background supports her clear and persuasive communication in both written and oral advocacy.

Licensed in North Dakota and Minnesota, Anna brings valuable experience from her previous role as Assistant Cass County State’s Attorney, where she represented Social Services in juvenile and child welfare matters. She also worked as an associate attorney at Conmy Feste, Ltd., further refining her skills in family and juvenile law.

Anna’s professional affiliations include the State Bar Associations of North Dakota and Minnesota, as well as the Cass County and Clay County Bar Associations. She has served as President of the Cass County Bar Association and was the Chair of the Family Law Section for the North Dakota State Bar Association.
