Anna Reeves Olson

Anna Reeves Olson leads with strength and dedication in civil litigation, professional malpractice defense, and complex family law. Her advocacy spans a wide array of legal challenges, including contract disputes, family law, real estate conflicts, and appellate representation. She is currently serving as President of the Wyoming State Bar.

Anna earned a Bachelor of Science with honors from the University of Wyoming in 1999. She later completed her Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2003. She is licensed to practice in Wyoming and Colorado, along with several federal courts, including the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Anna began her legal journey clerking for esteemed judges in the First Judicial District Court in Wyoming. She later advanced to clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New York. Her litigation expertise and command of Wyoming legal developments are evident in over 45 published articles in the Wyoming Lawyer since 2017.

Anna is a leading voice in Wyoming’s legal community. She brings trusted leadership to key state bar committees, including the Fee Arbitration Committee and the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee. Anna has also served on the Wyoming Judicial Nominating Commission and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Nicolaysen Art Museum, reflecting her strong commitment to both the legal profession and the broader Wyoming community.

Anna has been a featured speaker at several statewide legal conventions, sharing updates on civil law and the evolution of non-compete agreement laws. Her high professional ratings—an “AV” from Martindale-Hubbell and a 10.0 on Avvo—reflect her reputation and integrity. She was named a Super Lawyer in 2018.
