Dave Pauole

Dave Pauole is a managing partner and seasoned civil litigator who focuses on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and civil rights cases. He also maintains an active appellate practice, representing clients in direct appeals, special actions, and amicus curiae briefs before Arizona and federal appellate courts, including the United States Supreme Court.

Dave earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University in 1998, graduating magna cum laude. He then received his Juris Doctor from Arizona State University’s College of Law in 2002, graduating cum laude with additional honors including Order of the Coif. His academic background reflects his dedication to legal scholarship and excellence.
