Ann Bruner

Ann Bruner is an experienced Anchorage attorney with a strong focus on business law and estate planning. Since beginning her legal career in Alaska in 1994, Ann has helped individuals and business owners navigate complex legal matters with confidence and clarity. Her dedication has earned her the trust of clients throughout the state.

Ann began her academic journey at the University of the Pacific, earning her Bachelor of Science in 1987. She later obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis, School of Law in 1993. While in law school, she was Executive Editor of the UC Davis Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif.

Ann began her legal career as a clerk for Justice Warren Matthews of the Alaska Supreme Court, gaining firsthand insight into Alaska’s legal system and judicial process. She then joined a leading Alaska law firm, where she spent more than four years focusing on business transactions and estate planning matters, building extensive, practical experience that continues to shape her practice today.

Ann’s practice centers on helping clients with business formation, succession planning, and managing estates.
