Ann Bruner

Ann Bruner is an experienced Anchorage attorney with a strong focus on business law and estate planning. Since beginning her legal career in Alaska in 1994, Ann has helped individuals and business owners navigate complex legal matters with confidence and clarity. Ann began her academic journey at the University of the Pacific, earning her Bachelor of Science in 1987. She later obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis, School of Law in 1993. While in law school, she was Executive Editor of the UC Davis Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif.

Ann launched her legal career by clerking for Justice Warren Matthews of the Alaska Supreme Court. This experience laid the foundation for her deep understanding of Alaska’s legal landscape. She then joined a prominent law firm where she practiced for over four years, gaining valuable experience in business transactions and estate matters.

Ann’s practice centers on helping clients with business formation, succession planning, and managing estates.
