About

Aniefiok I. Usoro is an estate planning lawyer and founder of Usoro & Associates, P.C. She helps families protect assets, preserve legacies, and prepare for life’s transitions. Her practice covers estate planning, elder law, asset protection, business planning, special needs planning, probate administration, wills, and trusts. She uses an education-first approach that helps clients understand their options before making important legal and financial decisions. Her guidance reflects each family’s relationships, property, responsibilities, and long-term priorities throughout every stage of the process.

Aniefiok earned her J.D. from Texas Southern University. She received a B.S.C. in Agricultural Engineering Economics from the Federal University of Technology in Owerri, Nigeria. Her education later expanded into healthcare through an A.A.S. in Nursing from Houston Community College. She became a registered nurse after returning to school in 2000. This combination of legal and medical training informs her understanding of aging, incapacity, elder care, and the practical challenges families encounter while supporting vulnerable loved ones during difficult transitions.

Aniefiok began practicing law in 1994 as a solo attorney handling personal injury and family law matters. After earning her nursing qualification in 2003, she spent more than twenty years operating a home health agency. Her healthcare leadership included fifteen years as an administrator focused on geriatric and elder care. She previously served as Professional Engagement Administrator and Director of Nursing for Agnes Caregivers, Inc. and St. Agnes Healthcare Professionals, Inc., overseeing operations, staff development, and care standards for patients.

Aniefiok I. Usoro returned to active legal practice with a focused commitment to estate planning and legacy preservation. She develops personalized plans rather than relying on standard documents or uniform solutions. Her services include guidance intended to keep families out of court, reduce conflict, and maintain effective plans as circumstances change. Transparent flat-fee packages help clients understand their investment in advance. She combines legal experience, healthcare insight, careful listening, and practical education to help families protect loved ones and future generations.
