Alexandria Kincaid

Alexandria Kincaid is the founding attorney of Alex Kincaid Law, a boutique firm serving clients in Idaho and Oregon. Her practice emphasizes estate and business planning, asset protection, Second Amendment and firearms law, elder law, probate and trust administration, and civil and criminal litigation. She advises seniors, veterans, gun owners, business owners, farmers, and ranchers, helping them protect property, preserve family wealth, plan for future needs, and respond to disputes or government action.

Alex earned her J.D. from the University of Idaho in 1998 and a B.A. from the University of California, Davis, in 1994. Her legal education supports a practice that combines strategic planning with courtroom analysis. This foundation helps her evaluate legal risk, structure estate and business plans, address regulatory concerns, and explain complex issues in practical terms for individuals, families, and closely held businesses.

Before entering private practice, Alex served as a prosecutor and elected district attorney. Over more than 25 years as a trial attorney and strategic planner, she has tried hundreds of criminal cases, including serious felony matters, and has represented clients in both civil and criminal proceedings. She has also drafted thousands of estate and business plans, using preventive planning to reduce exposure, deter disputes, protect assets, and prepare clients for possible litigation.

Alex is licensed in Idaho and Oregon and is active as an author, speaker, and legal analyst. She has appeared on radio and television, including Fox News and Fox Business News, contributes to firearms publications, and has written two books, including Infringed. Alexandria Kincaid combines trial experience, planning knowledge, and public education to help clients understand their rights, manage legal risks, and make informed decisions about estates, businesses, firearms, and litigation.
