Tom Anderson

Tom Anderson is an attorney and founder of Anderson Law Offices, PLLC, which he established in 2012. He represents clients in estate planning law, probate, real estate, personal injury, and wrongful death matters. He is licensed to practice in Minnesota and before the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, allowing him to represent clients in diverse state and federal legal matters highly effectively today.

Tom has extensive legal experience in civil and criminal courtrooms, including numerous jury trials. He has achieved successful outcomes through litigation and settlements in wrongful death and personal injury cases. His practice has increasingly focused on estate planning, probate, and real estate, while maintaining a general-practice approach. Before founding his firm, he worked as an associate attorney with Johnson, Moody, Schmidt, and Kleinhuizen, P.A. His varied background supports practical solutions across many different legal needs for Minnesota clients statewide confidently.

Tom Anderson belongs to the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Minnesota Association for Justice. Tom previously served as president of the 12th District Bar Association and held community leadership roles in the Willmar area.
