Angela L. Spitaleri

Angela L. Spitaleri is the founding attorney of Spitaleri Law Firm, where she focuses her practice on family and domestic law. With extensive experience handling complex and emotionally sensitive matters, Angela represents clients in divorce, child custody, child support and alimony modifications, paternity, guardianships, orders of protection, and name changes. Her strategic yet empathetic approach makes her a trusted advocate for individuals and families navigating challenging transitions.

Angela earned her B.S., cum laude, in Public Relations from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, with minors in Anthropology and Political Science. She obtained her J.D. from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law, where she was an active member of the Family Law Society.

Licensed to practice in both Missouri and Kansas, Angela is a registered Guardian ad Litem and trained mediator. Before launching her firm, she worked as a law clerk and associate attorney at a family law firm, where she developed valuable courtroom and trial experience. Her background has equipped her to offer well-rounded, effective legal counsel tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Angela is a member of the Missouri and Kansas Bar Associations, Eastern Jackson County Bar Association, and Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association. She is also actively involved in the Family Law Section of the Missouri Bar, reflecting her commitment to ongoing professional development in her field.
