Daniel’s educational background began with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in Business Management from Brigham Young University in 2014. He then earned his Juris Doctor in April 2018 from the J. Reuben Clark School of Law. During law school, Daniel completed clinical internships in Juvenile Courts, Family Law, Criminal Defense, and Mediation. He also authored a substantial legal paper reviewing appellate procedures in Utah DCFS cases.
Before launching his professional career, Daniel gained hands-on experience as a law clerk across several legal fields. His early roles included positions at Esplin Weight, where he supported cases in custody, juvenile delinquency, and child welfare, successfully appealing a child welfare judgment in a key case. He also clerked at firms handling Family Law, Patent Law, and Personal Injury Law, adding depth to his legal foundation.
Today, Daniel dedicates his legal work to supporting clients through significant life events. His services include Wills, Powers of Attorney, Revocable Trusts, Asset Protection Trusts, and Special Needs Trusts. He takes pride in designing custom solutions that protect both financial security and family legacy, always with a focus on client goals.
