Andrew W. Holliday is a Georgia attorney who represents clients in personal injury and complex civil disputes. Andy earned his Bachelor’s degree, English and Psychology, from Washington University in St. Louis, where he studied from 1995 to 1999. He then attended St. John’s University School of Law and received his Juris Doctor, completing his legal education from 1999 to 2002.
Andy began his legal career clerking for a federal United States Magistrate Judge. This role gave him direct exposure to courtroom procedure and judicial reasoning. He gained a clear understanding of how judges review evidence, apply the law, and manage civil litigation from start to finish.
Andy later practiced at a law firm focused primarily on insurance defense and became a partner. He also served as staff counsel for an insurance company. He handled personal injury, medical malpractice, employment discrimination, corporate litigation, and other civil matters, most often representing insured defendants.
Andy’s defense experience allows him to anticipate insurance company strategies and evaluate cases from multiple angles. He applies that knowledge when representing clients in personal injury, wrongful death, breach of contract, employment disputes, insurance disputes, and business litigation matters.
