Andrew Ostrow

Andrew Ostrow has built a distinguished legal career spanning more than three decades, representing individuals and businesses in both State and Federal Courts. His work has focused largely on complex business, commercial, and real estate disputes, while also handling probate, trust, and guardianship cases for clients seeking guidance in personal legal affairs.

Andrew began his academic path at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, where he earned his undergraduate degree. He later attended the University of Miami, receiving his Juris Doctor with honors. His education provided a solid foundation for the broad range of litigation, counseling, and advisory work he would undertake throughout his career.

Andrew’s experience includes serving as General Counsel for a United States subsidiary of France Telecom (now Orange), where he managed the company’s legal and risk issues across international operations. His responsibilities involved employment and regulatory guidance, negotiating contracts, overseeing litigation, and supervising teams of in-house and external counsel. This role gave him unique insight into both domestic and global legal challenges.

Andrew also contributed to public service during the COVID-19 pandemic, when he worked as a General Attorney with the Small Business Administration’s Office of Disaster Assistance. In that capacity, he ensured disaster loan borrowers complied with the agency’s regulations and policies, helping businesses remain resilient through unprecedented times.
