About

Ana Delgado Hualde brings both professional expertise and personal insight to her immigration law practice. Having immigrated to the United States with her family, Ana experienced the immigration process firsthand, from both employment-based and family-based perspectives. This personal connection inspired her to pursue a legal career where she could help others navigate similar paths.

Ana earned her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2021, with concentrations in International Law and Human Rights Law. She received her B.A. with high honors in Political Science and Peace, War, and Defense from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2017.

Ana’s legal career is rooted in service and advocacy. While in law school, she completed multiple clerkships focused on immigration law and was recognized as a Robina Public Interest Scholar. Her dedication earned her honors from the Minnesota Justice Foundation and a fellowship from Equal Justice America.

Licensed in North Carolina since 2022, Ana focuses her practice on both employment-based and family-based immigration. She works closely with individuals and businesses, helping them through complex immigration filings and procedures with care and precision.

Ana Delgado Hualde actively participates in several professional organizations, including the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), where she is a member of both the Carolinas and Rome District Chapters. She serves on the AILA Carolinas Chapter Continuing Legal Education Committee and the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee for the Mecklenburg County Bar. She is also a member of Women Lawyers of Charlotte.

With a client-focused approach and a deep personal understanding of immigration challenges, Ana offers compassionate, knowledgeable legal support for those seeking to build a future in the United States.
