Amy M. Dudash

Amy M. Dudash is an accomplished litigator with extensive experience in intellectual property and complex commercial disputes. She has represented clients in high-stakes cases involving utility patents, design patents, trade secrets, copyrights, trademarks, and antitrust issues. With a strong trial background, she has guided both plaintiffs and defendants through litigation from inception to appeal in courts nationwide. Dudash also assists clients with internal investigations and works with federal authorities on IP-related matters.

Dudash earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law, where she was honored with multiple awards for academic excellence and contributions to law review. She was also elected to the Order of the Coif. Before law school, she completed her B.A., cum laude, at Duquesne University. Following graduation, she clerked for Judge Leonard P. Stark of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, gaining valuable insight into federal judicial processes.
