Lerae earned her Bachelor of Arts from Clark Atlanta University in 2004 before completing her Juris Doctor at Howard University School of Law in 2009. She further specialized by earning an LL.M. in Entertainment and Media Law from Chapman University School of Law in 2011. Lerae began her career with clerkship experience at the Georgia Supreme Court, later serving as an associate with Winter LLP and Minter & Associates.
