Amy earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. She received her Bachelor of Science from San Diego State University, graduating with distinction. She also served as a Judicial Extern to the Court of Appeals, Fourth Appellate District, State of California.
Amy’s practice focuses on defending leading law firms and attorneys in professional liability matters and advising businesses in complex commercial disputes. She frequently litigates covenants not to compete and restrictive covenant matters, often handling expedited evidentiary proceedings and securing injunctive relief when necessary.
Amy also defends employers against claims involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, retaliation, and breach of contract. She conducts workplace investigations and counsels management on employment policies and compliance strategies designed to mitigate risk and prevent litigation.
