Amy Abdo is a Director in Business Litigation known for representing clients in high-stakes, complex disputes. Amy’s practice focuses on defending leading law firms and attorneys in professional liability matters and advising businesses in complex commercial disputes. She frequently litigates covenants not to compete and restrictive covenant matters, often handling expedited evidentiary proceedings and securing injunctive relief when necessary.

Amy also defends employers against claims involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, retaliation, and breach of contract. She conducts workplace investigations and counsels management on employment policies and compliance strategies designed to mitigate risk and prevent litigation.
