Amber Wilson Bagley is a highly experienced attorney who focuses her practice on employment law, business litigation, healthcare law, and municipal law. As a Member of Rose Law Firm, she offers clients trusted legal guidance and strong courtroom advocacy. Her legal background includes nearly two decades of practice, including service as a judicial clerk to two Justices of the Arkansas Supreme Court. Amber is known for her in-depth legal knowledge, responsive client service, and dedication to resolving complex disputes.
Amber earned her J.D. from the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law in 2004. She holds a B.A. from Ouachita Baptist University, which she earned in 2001.
Amber served as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Annabelle Clinton Imber (2004–2006) and the Honorable Tom Glaze (2006–2007) at the Arkansas Supreme Court. She practiced at Cross, Gunter, Witherspoon & Galchus, P.C., from 2007 to 2023 before joining Rose Law Firm. Amber is admitted to practice in Arkansas, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
Amber’s work has been widely recognized in the legal community. She was named “Lawyer of the Year” for Healthcare Law in Little Rock in 2024 and has been listed in Best Lawyers in America every year since 2015. She is also recognized in Mid-South Super Lawyers and by Chambers & Partners for her excellence in healthcare law. In 2021, Amber received the VOCALS Attorney of the Year award in honor of her outstanding pro bono service.
Amber Wilson Bagley remains active in the legal community through memberships with the Arkansas Bar Association, Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers, American Bar Association, and many local legal organizations. She has also served as Chair of the Arkansas Supreme Court CLE Board and is a board member of Ballet Arkansas. Amber is a proven leader committed to advancing legal excellence and community service in Arkansas.
