Amanda Kuklinski is an experienced employment attorney dedicated to representing individuals facing workplace challenges. She focuses her practice on employment discrimination, wrongful termination, FMLA violations, and hostile work environment claims. Ms. Kuklinski began her legal career in Madison, Wisconsin, where she exclusively represented employees in disputes against their employers. She has extensive experience litigating cases before federal courts and administrative agencies and also advises clients on workplace matters during ongoing employment relationships. In addition to employment law, she represents healthcare professionals responding to licensing board complaints and assists individuals denied short-term or long-term disability benefits under employer-sponsored plans.

Ms. Kuklinski earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2015, with Honors in Labor and Employment Law. During law school, she clerked at an employment law firm, worked with the Legal Assistance to Institutionalized Persons Project, and served as an Articles Editor for the Wisconsin Law Review. She also holds a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, with majors in Sociology and Gender & Women’s Studies.

Ms. Kuklinski is admitted to practice in Arizona and several federal courts, including the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She holds inactive status in Wisconsin but remains admitted in the state. Her work and dedication have earned her recognition as a Southwest Super Lawyers Rising Star in both 2024 and 2025.
