Alden A. Thomas

Alden A. Thomas is an experienced employment lawyer and partner at Jaburg Wilk, where she chairs the firm’s Employment and Education Law Departments. She has extensive experience representing both employees and employers in a wide range of legal matters, such as wage and hour disputes, harassment and discrimination claims, whistleblower claims, and restrictive covenant disputes. She also offers counsel on federal and state compliance issues, ensuring her clients’ operations are legally sound.

Alden’s academic journey includes earning her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 2010, where she graduated with Highest Honors. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Arizona State University in 2014. This strong educational foundation has equipped her with the knowledge and expertise necessary to excel in her legal career, particularly in the fields of employment and education law.
