Alden A. Thomas is an experienced employment lawyer and partner at Jaburg Wilk, where she chairs the firm’s Employment and Education Law Departments. She has extensive experience representing both employees and employers in a wide range of legal matters, such as wage and hour disputes, harassment and discrimination claims, whistleblower claims, and restrictive covenant disputes. She also offers counsel on federal and state compliance issues, ensuring her clients’ operations are legally sound.
Alden’s academic journey includes earning her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 2010, where she graduated with Highest Honors. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Arizona State University in 2014. This strong educational foundation has equipped her with the knowledge and expertise necessary to excel in her legal career, particularly in the fields of employment and education law. Her academic achievements also reflect her dedication to her clients and the high standards she maintains in her practice.

Outside of her legal practice, Alden A. Thomass is deeply involved in her community. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Audrey’s Angels and volunteers with the Times Up Legal Defense Fund. She is also an active coach for moot court teams at both the undergraduate and law school levels, and in 2017, she was named ASU Law Moot Court Coach of the Year.
