Alycia Moss brings over a decade of experience helping clients navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration law. Since 2012, she has represented individuals, families, businesses, and investors in proceedings before federal agencies and courts. Her thorough and dedicated approach has made a lasting impact on those seeking lawful status in the United States.
Alycia earned her Bachelor of Arts in History magna cum laude from the University of Colorado at Denver in 1996. In 2005, she received her Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law and became licensed to practice in Idaho the same year. Her legal education included global exposure, including studies in Russia and Macedonia, and a clerkship for the U.S. State Department’s Ambassador for War Crimes Issues.
Alycia has built her legal focus around immigration law, appearing before USCIS, ICE, CBP, EOIR, and federal appellate courts. She also brings knowledge in business and corporate matters, complementing her immigration work. Alycia is licensed in Idaho, Washington, Canada, the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Alycia is an active member of professional organizations, including the American Immigration Lawyers Association and several state and local Bar associations. She has also held leadership roles such as Chair and Co-Chair for AILA committees and contributed to legal education as a frequent speaker and CLE instructor on immigration issues.
Alycia Moss remains committed to guiding clients through the legal system with clarity and compassion, ensuring every case is handled with diligence and respect for the immigrant experience. Her passion extends beyond courtrooms—she has volunteered at Citizenship Days in Idaho and Washington and participated in public education on immigration rights.
