Gina Bongiovi

Gina Bongiovi founded Bongiovi Law Firm, a Las Vegas-based practice that provides legal support for startups and small businesses. With a focus on practical solutions, Gina offers strategic counsel tailored to entrepreneurs’ unique challenges, from formation to daily operations and compliance.

Gina graduated magna cum laude from the UNLV Honors College with a B.S.B.A. in marketing and a minor in business law. In 2007, she became one of the first students to earn a dual J.D./MBA from the William S. Boyd School of Law and UNLV’s College of Business, positioning her to offer legal and business insight.

Frustrated by the lack of legal services available to startups during her entrepreneurial journey, Gina founded her firm to close that gap. Her practice now focuses on equipping business owners with sound legal advice that aligns with their growth goals. She combines real-world business experience with legal knowledge to provide holistic guidance.

Gina is licensed to practice in all Nevada state courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. She is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the American Bar Association, including the Business Law Division, Solo and Small Firm Division, and Young Lawyers Section, further enhancing her ability to advocate for business clients.

Beyond her legal practice, Gina is deeply involved in the Las Vegas community through leadership roles and board service. Her work has earned her numerous recognitions, including Legal Elite honors and Alumna of the Year awards from UNLV. She also donates her time as pro bono counsel for animal rescues and local nonprofits.
